Third Wave's founding principals have over 200 years of real estate and finance experience and have completed and managed over $25 Billion in transactions. Their experience includes extensive origination and management of joint ventures, property acquisitions, senior bridge, term, and construction loans, mezzanine loans, participating debt, convertible financing, preferred equity, structured finance, distressed and performing loan purchases, asset and corporate workouts and restructurings, and corporate finance for real estate and related companies (see Management section).
